1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is free-to-play entertainment. Gameplay uses virtual coins/credits only.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for real-world value.
• We do not offer prizes of real-world value through gameplay.

2) Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

3) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4) Prohibited conduct

You must not: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate outcomes; (b) interfere with security or operation of the Service; (c) harass others or post unlawful content; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; (e) sell, transfer, or trade accounts or virtual coins.

5) Virtual coins

Virtual coins are licensed to you for use within the Service. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual coins and related features to operate, balance, or protect the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability for loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable).

8) Changes, suspension & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve complaints. If we cannot resolve a dispute, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
